At Regal Theatres Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible merchandise.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email or through the returns dashboard.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and affix the shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
